She ordered hers rare and it was barely pink. Butter is served individually which i really like that. My son said it changes every time but i love bread. Im allergic to asparagus so i substituted carrots. The only problem with my husbands meal was he was served 15 minutes ahead of the rest of us I ordered the Copper River salmon and again it was moist and delicious. He also ordered a Caesars salad and it was huge but very good. Like i said tho she was polite and sweet My husband ordered the prawns which are prepared table side. She came right away which was too soon and then didnt come back for quite awhile. It took her quite awhile to take our order. This is a very nice restaurant with wonderful ambiance Our server was a very sweet girl but some of her skills were lacking. It was a Christmas gift from our son and daughter in law We were taken to our table right on time. I hope they get their act together - it could be a truly outstanding restaurant.We had dinner her last night.

Rare pork? Maybe another customer who fell for this has some tapeworms that will write a better review of this place. If all this wasn't bad enough, we had a snotty, condescending waitress who argued with me about it being ok to eat rare pork, that a lot of places are serving it now.
